West Liberty Halloween Spooktacular October 22nd, 5-7 pm West Liberty 2026 Halloween Spooktacular: Thursday, October 22nd, 5-7PM Location: East Columbus St., West Liberty 2026 Village-wide Trick-or-Treat/Beggar's Night: Thursday, October 22nd, 6-7:30PM The West Liberty Businesses Association hosts the 5th annual Halloween Spooktacular! It is a 100% FREE event where you can bring your family and play games to win prizes, get a balloon animal, participate in a costume contest, play on inflatables, get henna or glitter tattoos, take a picture at one of our photo backdrops, have your face painted and listen to spooky tunes by DJ Skelly! -Food Trucks will be there if you don't have time to grab dinner beforehand or if you work up an appetite playing all our games! -There will be a dog costume contest and this an animal friendly event. * This event takes place on the street and sidewalks making it handicap accessible
