French Classics: Pommes Aligot

Learn the history and traditional preparation of French Aligot potatoes while practicing techniques for creating exceptionally smooth mashed potatoes. The class will explore how butter, cream, and cheese curds are incorporated to create Aligot's signature rich, stretchy texture. Please bring a container for possible leftovers. Only one registration per person is permitted. If you need to register a second person, you may use the same email but the registration MUST be in their own name.
