Green Gardeners Fall Plant Swap

Join the gardeners of Green Township for our first Fall Plant Swap! Fall is a great time to separate & plant perennials, plant saplings and share the bounty of your summer garden. We will also accept seeds for swapping or adding to our "baby" seed library. Stop by with any of your bounty to swap and share with other community members!
