Finance Career Readiness - Two-Part Series Part 2: Understanding the Finance Industry & Recruiting Join the Applied Finance Center for Part 2 of the Finance Career Readiness two-part series, led by Brodie Bosworth, Finance and Business Analytics major, Vice President of Professional Development for the OU Fixed Income Management Group, and incoming analyst at Wells Fargo's Structured Products Group (SPG). This session will focus on understanding the finance industry and navigating the recruiting process, including major finance roles and their recruiting timelines, internships and career opportunities, effective networking strategies, best practices for applying to opportunities, and preparing for finance interviews. Brodie will share practical insights from his own experience to help students better understand the industry and prepare for opportunities in finance.
