Registering Your Course Materials in Verba

In order to comply with the Higher Education Opportunity Act, all course materials must be registered in the University's registration software, Verba. Anything students have to purchase or download must be registered, including books, courseware, OER, software, and supplies. This session will demonstrate how to utilize the Verba software in an efficient and accurate manner. Time will also be available to register your own requirements for Spring semester before the mandated deadline. Please note: This training is not recommended for Verba department reviewers, as they have a different view and functions that will not be covered in this session. Why you should attend : Distinguish the multiple student purchase processes by course material type.Identify which items to register in Verba. Plan to use Verba in an accurate and efficient manner.Practice learned skills in an immediate one-on-one meeting or on your own at a later time.To register for this event, use the Fall 2026 Campus Partner CFE Session Registration Form. Advance registration is required. Registration will close one business day before the scheduled event. You will receive the Zoom link one day before the event.
