Who is Terri Madigan Madigan brings more than three decades of dedication to the Tournament of Roses, having first joined the Association as a volunteer member in 1993. He was appointed a Tournament of Roses Chair in 2010 and became a Director in 2013. Over the years, Madigan has held numerous leadership roles, including heading the Host, Judging, Parade Operations, and Special Events Committees. His service also includes vice chair positions for Float Entries and Post Parade, along with committee work across Community Relations, Decorating Places, Equestrian, Formation, Parade Operations, Post Parade, and TV/Radio.
