Baby and Me Yoga with Happy Me Kids Yoga

Baby & Me Yoga is designed for connection, movement, community, and shared joy for both caregiver and baby. Classes include playful yoga movement, music and dance, sensory exploration, gentle strengthening and mini sculpt workouts for caregivers, breathwork, and calming moments woven throughout class - including a little time to relax together, too. We move, play, cuddle, and slow down together with plenty of flexibility for real life with little ones. All equipment provided. Ages 2 months-2 years with caregiver.
