Senior Makers: Autumn Leaf Hooks

Join us to learn how to create a wall hook using the laser engraver! In this beginner and senior-friendly session, you'll learn the basics of laser engraving while creating an autumn leaf wall hook with craft wood. We'll cover how to safely operate the laser engraver and practice using the Glowforge Design Space for creating and printing projects. Participants will leave with one wall hook and basic operational knowledge of the machine. For adults 60 and older. Please email or call to inquire about the program details, or if you need special accommodations. Registration and Makerspace orientation required for each participant. To ensure access to the widest audience of interested community members, the library is restricting overlapping program registrations. Any individual registering themselves for multiple programs in a similar timeframe, will be removed from all registrations. Please only register for the program you are most interested in attending.
