The Books & Bees: Honey Tasting

Join the Friends of the Perry County District Library for a FREE Honey Tasting! There will be a beekeeping demonstration and the opportunity to sample various locally sourced honey. Attendees can also purchase raffle tickets for a honey themed raffle basket and purchase local honey. Raffle tickets will be available for pre-purchase on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 11am to 1pm at the New Lexington library in the lobby. Raffle tickets will also be available for purchase the day of the honey tasting event. All proceeds from this event will go directly to helping support our libraries.
