Get directions in the appJoin Troy Main Street and the Troy Noon Optimists Club for the annual Hometown Halloween Event! Hometown Halloween will kick-off at the Courthouse Plaza with the Costume Contest judging beginning promptly at 9:00 AM. Contestants should arrive between 8:30AM-8:45AM. After the judging takes place, participants can walk through over 25 Downtown Troy businesses for Trick or Treating from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM. Look for an orange sign on their door/window indicating if they are participating.
