The Secret Lives of Appalachian Breeding Birds

Ornithologist Anna Rose explores the nests birds build and the forests in which they thrive. Anna is a PhD candidate in the Forest Bird and Landscape Ecology Lab of the School of Environment and Natural Resources at The Ohio State University where she studies the impacts of ticks on nesting birds in southeastern Ohio, specifically in wood thrushes and ovenbirds.
