Get directions in the appHave a monsterly good time in the city of West Carrollton! This event will be held at Weidner Field (the baseball field next to the library). The event will include lots of FREE activities. Make a spooky bookmark at the Library tent, play games, go on a hay ride, be part of a costume contest, and much more! Registration is NOT required. Costumes are also NOT required! This program is sponsored by the City Beautiful Commission and the West Carrollton Nazarene Church.
