Adult Art Therapy

Elida Branch Library Sally Windle from ArtSpace/Lima will be leading an engaging art therapy session. No prior experience is required. Participants will discover how creative activities can reduce stress, improve mood, and provide a sense of accomplishment and connection. Come enjoy a welcoming atmosphere where creativity becomes a tool for wellness, reflection, and fun. Registration is a must.
