This Wellness Wednesday about giving students a crash course into the basics of how Insurance works. We'll cover items such as How to read your insurance card, how to find an in-network provider (and why that matters), and more. Whether you're on a parent's plan, student insurance, or navigating coverage on your own, this workshop will give you the tools to make smart, informed healthcare decisions. To pair with our wellness topic for this month, we will also have delicious pastries from Luna's Bakery available AND some stress relivers/ fidgets available for students.
