Finger Knit Veterans Blanket

In celebration of Veterans Day and to honor all who have served our country, we invite you to join our class on Sunday, November 8, from 12 to 6 pm for a heartfelt and creative experience crafting a finger-knit veterans blanket. This event is not just an opportunity to engage in a fun and fulfilling crafting activity, but also a chance to express gratitude and appreciation for the sacrifices made by our veterans. During this class, participants will have the opportunity to choose between two thoughtfully designed blanket patterns. We offer a lovely selection of chunky chenille yarn colors, allowing you to personalize your blanket to your liking. The softness and warmth of the chenille yarn make for a comfortable, cozy blanket that, when completed, will measure approximately 30" x 60". As you engage in this creative process, you will learn the art of finger knitting, with no needles used just your fingers. This is a technique that is accessible to all skill levels, whether you are a seasoned crafter or a complete beginner. Our experienced instructor, Babette, will guide you through each step, ensuring that you feel confident and inspired as you work on your blanket. The fee is $90 per person and is non-refundable. Please register by November 7. Guests are welcome to bring snacks and drinks, and those 21 and older may bring wine or other creativity enhancers.
