Preschool Yoga with Happy Me Kids Yoga

Preschool Yoga is where movement, imagination, mindfulness, and play come together. Through games, storytelling, music, movement, sensory props, and playful yoga poses, kids learn how to move their bodies, notice their breath, and build confidence - all while having fun. Our classes are intentionally play-based and are not meant to look like grown-up yoga classes. They can be loud, silly, active, and full of movement as kids explore yoga in ways that feel natural and engaging for their age. This session will also include a craft. All equipment provided. Ages 2-5 with caregiver present.
