Leadership Fundamentals

Format: In person and online in Teams Facilitator: The Center for OHIO Employee Excellence Training Specialists Location: Grosvenor West Room 111 In this workshop, you'll explore the differences between transactional and transformational leadership. You'll learn the four pillars of transformational leadership and apply them in realistic scenarios. Throughout the session, you'll reflect on your own leadership approach and identify ways to strengthen the impact you have on the people you work with.
