Thanksgiving Day Race

Grab your running essentials and join family and friends for one of the country's longest-running races, the 117th annual Western & Southern Thanksgiving Day 10K Run & Walk. Alongside the main event, the TDR 5K Run/Walk offers a fun option for beginners and families looking to start a tradition. Children can join the festivities with the noncompetitive ProAmpac Kids Fun Run. Starting at 8:30 a.m., kids can walk or run the quarter-mile course at TQL Stadium while family and friends cheer them on and snap memorable photos. Each registrant will receive a commemorative race bib, a custom finisher's medal and an official finisher's certificate to mark the occasion. Everyone is invited to celebrate in the Pella Post-Race Recovery Zone, located immediately after the finish line. The Pella Recovery Zone will be the place to enjoy healthy snacks, hydration, music, stretching and fun photo opportunities to celebrate the run. Packet Pickups: All race-day gear for the W&S 10K and TDR 5K will be ready for runners at race headquarters at TQL Stadium in the First Financial Club. Runners can also register on-site, purchase additional shirts, pick up packets for other participants and shop the Fleet Feet Expo. It's all part of the race day experience!
