I AM FOR THE CHILD: CASA Board Fundraising Breakfast | Remember Our Purpose to Rise

There's no place like hope. And hope needs a helping hand. Every year, close to 1,000 children in our community are living in out-of-home care due to child abuse or neglect. About 200 local child advocate volunteers speak up for their best interests in court. Join us for a delicious hot breakfast and to celebrate the graduation of our newest Court Appointed Special Advocate/Guardian ad Litem volunteers who will bring a voice to children in need throughout our community. You'll hear from keynote speaker, former OSU football player, Rory Nicol and his 'hold your rope' message which is raw, real, and rooted in resilience. It is more than a talk- it is a movement calling people to hold on when life gets heavy and help others do the same. This is a morning you will not forget and will learn ways you can step up for children in need!
