Harper Alive: BLINK 2026

During BLINK 2026, The Mercantile Immersive presents "Harper Alive," a captivating blend of animation and music celebrating the lives and work of Charley and Edie Harper. Created in partnership with the Charley and Edie Harper Foundation and in alignment with BLINK, the experience uses immersive media, motion, music and storytelling to bring guests into the distinctive creative world of two of Cincinnati's most beloved artists. The self-guided experience begins with a series of vignettes exploring the Harpers' artistic partnership, individual perspectives and influence on one another's work. Guests then enter a six-minute immersive presentation featuring animated interpretations of the artists' familiar imagery set to music. The presentation loops continuously during public hours, allowing guests to enter at any point and experience the complete visual journey.
