Creating a Thriving Workplace Culture

Format: In Person (Grosvenor West 111) and Online (Teams) This workshop explores how supervisors shape workplace culture through their everyday behaviors, decisions, and interactions. Participants will learn to recognize observable signs of thriving and unhealthy workplace cultures and examine how trust is built - or weakened - through consistency, transparency, vulnerability, and leading by example. The workshop will also explore practical ways to create psychological safety, welcome employee questions and feedback, help team members feel valued and respected, and respond constructively when employees share ideas or raise concerns.
