Doors open one hour before the show, and late entry is not permitted once the performance begins. The event is open to guests ages 8 and older. Anyone younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The venue is ADA compliant, with wheelchair-accessible seating available in Zones B and C. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
