The Annual Winter Banquet of the Tuscarawas County Historical Society will be a crowning activity for a year's worth of celebrations. The Society's formal mission is "to collect, identify, and preserve relevant historical documents, pictures, photographs, maps, and other materials relative to the history ofTuscarawas County." We would be amiss to not create a collection of our nation's Semiquincentennial and the many efforts put forth by our county to mark this momentous occasion. Since the beginning of 2024 the Tuscarawas County Conventional and Visitors Bureau has conducted a meeting of partners to facilitate the many events and programs to honor the 250th birthday of America in our county. For the banquet we are inviting those partners to attend and donate archival material from their events, displays, programs, special projects, and more to our America 250 Collection. Donations of these items will take place during the banquet and special program at the Tuscarawas County Historical Society's Annual Winter Banquet
