With the goal of offering those living with Multiple Sclerosis and their families, caregivers and partners, a place to share experiences and learn from others, Mercy Health is proud to host a monthly MS Support Group. The group is led by Mercy Health neurologist Dr. Anna Bite, the region's only fellowship-trained physician in Multiple Sclerosis. The August topic is "Estate Planning" presented by Phillip Wylkan, JD - Certified Elder Law and Estate Planning. The group meets the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at Way Public Library in the Mercy Health Family Activity Center. "A MS diagnosis is life changing, but it isn't a journey that must be traveled alone. This support group offers a place to learn, and we hope it will serve as another form of healing," Dr. Bite said. "The group is a place where participants are welcome to share their unique stories in a supportive and uplifting environment."
