An Evening with Holly Near: Stories, Songs and A Good Time to Gather
Join MUSE for a special one-night-only concert with legendary singer-songwriter and activist Holly Near. For more than 50 years, Near has been one of the most consistent and well-informed voices for change in American music. An outspoken singer and ambassador for peace, Near blends world consciousness with deep personal reflection. Her songs, including "It Could Have Been Me" and "Singing for Our Lives," have become touchstones of the feminist, peace and LGBTQ rights movements. "Singing for Our Lives" is also an anthem in the LGBTQ community and a staple of the Unitarian Church hymnal.
