Join us for Sydney Beach Zester's debut exhibition at Sarah Gormley Gallery ! Sydney's work uses antique, utilitarian textiles-historically, predominantly used by women inside the home-transforming them to serve an exclusively aesthetic purpose by binding, stitching and stretching the material. This tension, both physical and emotional, inherently calls into question the binary and explores contrasting emotions.
