Get directions in the appTeens age 12-16 will be supplied with a pumpkin that they can decorate with paint and other craft materials. (Supplies can also be brought from home.) Decorated pumpkins will be on display at the library until October 21st and patrons will get a chance to vote on their favorite pumpkin. Top three winners will receive prizes.
