Leadership Capacity Building with Keanna Daniels

This leadership development series includes four interactive sessions that build on each other. While participants can attend sessions individually, each one will build on the previous session. It is our hope that participants can form a cohort of learners so this can be a cohesive learning experience. Sessions are designed to be interactive, reflective, and grounded in real-life leadership challenges. Participants will engage in guided reflection, peer dialogue, applied leadership tools, and integrated accountability practices to support real-world application between sessions. Session 1: Leading and Inspiring Others - Sept 10 This session explores leadership as influence, presence, and alignment. Participants assess their current leadership patterns and consider how they motivate, guide, and support others while staying connected to mission and values. Session 2: Developing Your Personal Advisory Board- Oct 15 Leadership does not happen in isolation. This session focuses on the importance of trusted counsel, Accountability, and perspective. Participants will evaluate their current support structures and identify Individuals who strengthen their leadership through insight, challenge, and encouragement. Session 3: Sharpening Your Leadership Skills- Nov 19 This session centers practical leadership competencies including decision-making, relational awareness, and Navigating complexity with confidence.
