Makers Academy: 3D Printer

Step into the world of 3D printing with the FlashForge Adventurer 5M Pro! In this hands-on series, you'll learn how digital designs become real objects with 3D models. Whether you're curious about how it works or just want to try something new, this beginner series is designed for anyone new to 3D printing! Session 1 (10/12): Learn what 3D printing is and how to use a slicer. In the second session... Session 2 (10/19): Introduction to basic CAD software for custom models. In the third session... Session 3 (10/26): Practice the entire workflow to encourage independent use of the 3D printer in the DIY Space. Please email or call to RSVP and inquire about the program details, or if you need special accommodations. Emails will be sent out prior to the program with extra information. Registration and Makerspace orientation required for each participant. To ensure access to the widest audience of interested community members, the library is restricting overlapping program registrations. Any individual registering themselves for multiple programs in a similar timeframe, will be removed from all registrations. Please only register for the program you are most interested in attending.
