Festival of the Hills

Join us for the return of Festival of the Hills on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 11 a.m. To 5 p.m. At Ohio University Southern! This beloved community tradition is back as a free, family-friendly celebration of Appalachian culture, regional heritage, and the arts. Enjoy live music throughout the day, explore hands-on activities and demonstrations from local artisans and community organizations, and browse vendors showcasing regional crafts and food. This special revival coincides with America's 250th anniversary and Ohio University Southern's 70th anniversary, bringing together our community to honor the past and celebrate the future. Free admission. All ages welcome. Rain or shine.
