National Seafood Month with Mercy Health
Blue foods - including fish, seafood, and seaweed - provide important nutrients and can be sustainable, renewable food sources. Participants will learn to prepare a seafood-forward dish and explore the health benefits of adding blue foods to their regular meal rotation. Please bring a container to take home possible leftovers. This program is being repeated on October 23rd. Please do not sign up for both programs. Please note that only one registration per person is permitted. If you need to register a second person, you may use the same email but the registration MUST be in their own name.
