Baby and Caregiver Yoga for Babies 3 - 18 Months

Move, breathe, and bond with your baby at our baby yoga class with a registered yoga teacher. This class teaches caregivers how to help facilitate motor development, mind-body awareness, and early emotional regulation skills for their baby. In addition, caregivers participate in the yoga practice, gently finding restorative poses that can assist with stress reduction. This class is for babies 3 - 18 months old with a caregiver. Please bring a mat, blanket, or towel with you to the program. If you need one, just let us know when registering. Registration for this free program is required and begins Sat., October 24 at 9 AM.
