Now the city has drafted the rules to carry it out: a new Unified Development Ordinance that brings zoning and subdivision regulations together into one modern document, paired with an updated Zoning Map.The drafts are posted online, and comments are collected through the project feedback form. The regulations cover how land can be used, what kinds of homes and businesses belong where and details like lot sizes, setbacks, landscaping, signage, building design, parking and access. Whether you own a home, run a business or just care how the city develops, your feedback matters.Prefer to talk it through in person? The city is hosting drop-in sessions where you can view the maps, ask questions and talk with staff one-on-one. No presentation, no sign-up required.
