OSU: Adult Nutrition Classes
This nine‑lesson adult series teaches families, including grandparents, parents, and single young adults, how to make healthier food choices, plan and prepare meals, be more active, and save money on groceries. Each lesson includes a recipe demonstration, a small incentive, and a physical activity component. This session will cover Lesson 9: Celebrate! Eat smart and be active The program is provided by The Ohio State University's Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP). Participants who complete all nine lessons will receive an OSU certificate. DML welcomes everyone to our programs.
