Barndominiums: Modern Living in Agricultural Buildings

Bath Township, Ohio - Discover Bath Barns is bringing back its popular speaker series with two programs in September. The first program in the series is 'Barndominiums: Modern Living in Agricultural Buildings' on September 1', followed by 'CODE RED: The Barn is burning, and It's a R.A.C.E. To Extinguish the Sparks,' on September 29, 2026. The first program is presented by long-time Bath resident and barn preservationist Tim Franklin. Tim is graciously opening his beautiful "barndominium" home for his barn talk. Long before the "Barndominium" or "Barndo" trend began, Tim converted the Franklin Family's dairy barn into his own modern home. Fast forward to today, Tim is nationally recognized for breathing new life into historic barns.
