Dr. Tyus is a public health scientist and OHIO alumna who currently serves as Chief - Prevention & Health Promotion Branch at the National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR). Her research specialties include Public Health, STD/HIV Prevention, Adolescent Health, Community-Based Participatory Research, Social Innovation, Health Disparties, Social Determinants of Health, and Global Health.
