Concert Series: Moises Borges

Kent Free Library Enjoy a free, all ages concert by Moises Borges, a dynamic performer based in Cleveland, originally from Bahia, Brazil. Moises specializes in Brazilian jazz traditions such as samba and bossa nova, and his presentations introduce audiences to the history, cultural context, and musical elements of these globally influential genres. His performances are known for their warmth, musical sophistication, and ability to connect meaningfully with diverse audiences. In 2024, Moises released his album Baiano, which was a contender for the 2025 American Grammy Awards in categories such as Best Latin Jazz Album and Album of the Year. He recently completed a successful international tour in Asia. The Concert Series takes place on the 2nd Floor Balcony. No registration is required. All ages are welcome.
