Craft Party: Sugar Skull Vase

Upper Sandusky Community Library Whether it's Halloween or Día de los Muertos, this Craft Party craft will add to your holiday. You'll decorate a ceramic skull vase with sparkles and gems, and then you'll design festive florals with crepe paper for a one-of-a-kind bouquet. Craft Party: Sugar Skull Vase will take place at 6:00 p.m. On Thursday, Oct. 8 in the library's large meeting room. Registration is required and begins on Monday, Sept. 28.
