Beef Wellington Feast

In this class, you will learn the technique for encasing a beef tenderloin in duxelles (mushrooms and shallots), wrapping it in layers of prosciutto and puff pastry. It is baked until golden and flaky on the outside, juicy and rare inside. A dish worthy of the most elegant meal, make this one for Christmas, New Year's Eve or the next big celebration.
