Knot Your Average Craft: Macramé Wall Hanging

Join us at the library for a fun and relaxing Beginner Macramé Workshop where we'll create a beautiful wall hanging-no experience required! Macramé is the art of knotting cord into decorative patterns, and it's easier (and more satisfying!) than you might think. In this hands-on class, you'll learn a few simple, beginner-friendly knots and use them to craft your very own wall hanging - perfect for brightening up a room. Whether you're a total beginner, a curious crafter, or just looking for a creative outlet, this class is designed to be welcoming, low-pressure, and lots of fun. All materials will be provided, and step-by-step guidance will ensure everyone leaves with a finished project they're proud of. Come knot with us and discover how relaxing and rewarding macramé can be! Teens are welcome to attend this program. Support staff is welcome. Please contact us if accommodations are needed.
