Discover the joy of sewing in this beginner-friendly workshop designed for individuals with little to no sewing experience. Participants will learn the fundamentals of sewing, including how to safely operate a sewing machine, thread the machine, wind a bobbin, sew basic stitches, and use essential sewing tools and techniques. Through hands-on instruction, you'll build the confidence and skills needed to complete simple sewing projects on your own. Throughout the workshop, you'll apply your new skills by creating a plushie from start to finish. By the end of the session, you'll leave with a handmade plushie, a solid foundation in basic sewing techniques, and the confidence to continue exploring sewing as a creative and practical hobby. All materials are provided, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn! Space is limited. Our classes teach equipment use and techniques. Previous participants may be waitlisted to prioritize new learners. Intermediate computer skills required. Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows result in a two-month registration suspension. Arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show and you will not be admitted. Ages 18
