Crystal Bowl Sound Journey, July 31st 6-7PM

Experience a serene crystal bowl sound journey at Stoney Creek Garden Center, held inside a traditional yurt crafted in Mongolia and nestled among the woods of Yellow Springs. This intimate gathering invites a pause from daily noise so attendees can unwind, reflect, and renew in a quiet, nature-held setting. A guided meditation with crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments blends with the natural soundscape... birdsong, rustling leaves, and at times the soft movement of deer... to create an immersive, restorative experience. The focus is deep relaxation and inner exploration, whether the intention is to release, reset, or simply rest. Bolsters, yoga mats, and blankets will be available for comfort, and participants are welcome to bring personal items along with water or a journal for reflection afterward. Attendance is limited to 8 people to preserve a calm, personal atmosphere.
