9 am Cub Scouts

Hello Principal Elchert, I hope this letter finds you well. Thank you for working with us this past September 2025 to reschedule a school talk visit and a Join Scout Night Event at Carey Elementary. The rescheduling of both resulted in major growth for local Cub Scout Pack 51 in Carey! I would like to plan ahead and schedule a school talk and Join Scout Night for this upcoming Fall 2026. Would I be able to visit classrooms at 9:00am again this year on Monday, September 28 ? I will bring flyers, stickers, a banner, and other promotional resources. The following evening, on Tuesday, September 29 , we would like to host our Join Scout Night event in the school cafeteria once again. The event runs 6:30-7:30pm but we will need access at 6:00pm to set up and begin at 6:30pm. Please let me know if these proposed dates are acceptable for Carey Elementary School or if you have any questions about this process. Thank you for your community leadership.
