CCPL (Main): Eat Smart, Live Well (Registration Required)
Want to feed your family healthy foods? Want to sharpen your cooking skills? In this free 9-week class, you will learn how to stretch your food budget, balance a healthy diet with physical activity, cook and bring home tasty meals, and be food safe. Each week, attendees will receive supplies to take home like a cutting board, produce brush, jar opener, measuring cups, and more! This program repeats every Tuesday from August 11 to October 6.
