Waterecolor Abstract Botanicals Class with Jennifer

In this class we will use tube watercolors with a wet-on-wet technique to create vibrant colorful backgrounds on 6″ X 9″ watercolor paper. We will use fresh leaves to make mono prints to create texture before using stencils and removing pigment to create our composition. The negative painting technique can be employed to really make your flowers pop. No expereience necessary. **Bring small fresh leaves from home; weeds, tree leaves, or plant leaves will be perfect, even fresh spinach will work! This class will take place on Friday September 25th 6-8pm. Cost is $30 ($25 instructional fee +$5 materials fee).
