Galettes with Mary Bilyeu and WGTE

Enjoy videos of cooking shows courtesy of WGTE followed by Mary Bilyeu demonstrating how to make a galette using the Charlie Cart Mobile Teaching Kitchen. The library obtained its Charlie Cart through a successful Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant awarded by the State Library of Ohio with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
