Nature Book Club

This month's selection: Nature's Best Hope by Douglas Tallamy Program Presenter: Summer Wohlfrom, Naturalist at Buck Creek State Park Summer has selected books for participants to read prior to the meeting. At the program she will discuss the book's topic with participants as well as lead a fun activity based on the topic. (Adults) Limited numbers of the titles will be available for check-out from the library. Patrons are encouraged to source the titles by other means, if necessary. Summer has been a Naturalist since May 2024. She has a degree in Wildlife Conservation from Zane State College. Summer has worked at The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium as a volunteer, interpreter and zookeeper, in the education department at The Wilds and volunteered with Ohio Nature Education, taking care of birds of prey and mammals. She's very passionate about outdoor education, animal care and bringing the community together!
