This 2.5 hour class led by a certified lactation consultant will help you get off to the best start by learning about: • Prenatal preparation • Positions for mom and baby • Breastfeeding warning signs • Prevention and relief of common problems • Breastfeeding when returning to work A self-paced eClass is also available which includes instructional videos, interactive games and personal interviews to help you with breastfeeding.
