Mental Health First Aid Training Hosted by State of Mind: Hudson

State of Mind: Hudson is pleased to host a Mental Health First Aid training on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at the Hudson Library as part of our commitment to expanding access to mental health education in our community. Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training for adults 18 and over that teaches participants how to identify, understand and respond to signs and symptoms of a mental health or substance use challenge. The evidence behind the program demonstrates that it builds mental health literacy and provides an action plan to help people respond safely and responsibly and connect someone with appropriate support. This invitation-only training is offered at no cost to participants, thanks to State of Mind: Hudson.
