The Records Commission meetings are usually held in the Conference and Training Room unless otherwise noted on the published agenda. Please contact the Executive Assistant to the City Manager at 937-376-7231 or kfrench@cityofxenia.org for agenda information, which is posted here approximately two weeks before the scheduled meeting date.
